Once collected, the nuts are pressed by the Moulin de Font Saint-Geoges in Saint-Cirq Madelon, or by the Moulin de Maneyrol in Pazayac, then bottled after decanting for 3 weeks. In addition to its nutritional benefits, its delicate flavor will enhance all your salads.
