Made from pigs born and raised on the farm, in compliance with strict specifications similar to those of the Labels Rouges ''Porc du Limousin'' and ''Porc au grain du Sud-Ouest''. As for the ducks, they are raised outdoors, then traditionally fattened with whole grain corn from the South West before being slaughtered on site. The pâtés are made directly at the farm.
