CHARCUTERIE DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS 

This is made using Mangalitza pork loin, which is cured for 6 to 8 months. 

Mangalitza is one of the oldest breeds of porks in Europe, recognisable by it's furry coat which allows them to be raised outdoors throughout the whole year. 

The animals are raised by Maison Jammes in the Lot, for 24 to 28 months. The pigs spend their whole life with complete freedom to roam in a forest that provides them a varied diet of acorns and chestnuts amongst others.

Their diet is supplemented with organic cereals. This allows for the fat in the meat to develop a nutty flavour that makes it standout. 


The coppas  are prepared directly at the farm by the farmer, everything done on a small scale in harmony with the local terroir.
