Leek Soup

Made from organic leeks grown, hand picked and prepared in Chemilly-sur-Yonne. The soup is prepared with no additives, preservatives and thickeners. The leek is steamed at a low temperature to ensure it keeps all its flavours, textures and nutritional value.

We recommend you prepare the soup by slowly bringing it to a simmer in a saucepan on the stovetop. Once simmering, drizzle in heavy cream to your taste (2-4 tablespoons). Serve hot with hearty portion of bread
