Épicerie Bouf is partnering up with Amsterdam based Cocorico Wine to offer you ready-to-go food & wine boxes. Enjoy the best of France with your family and friends.

This box for 4/5 people includes:

- A 75 cl bottle of L'Insoumis 2021 from the Domaine Agarrus (Rhône)
- 300 gr Maison Duculty saucisson
- 150 gr Pork Terrine, mushrooms & Pistachios

The Wine: 
A joyful 100% Carignan that will remind you of the lively energy of a Plousard. Its clear and bright notes of forest fruits, raspberries, bramble, strawberries come with an elegant tannic structure and a gourmand finish.
This cuvée means a lot to Serge and to us. Indeed, following up the big wildfires in the Cévennes, the vines of L’insoumis burnt down and this millésime will most likely be the last one ever.

The Charcuterie:
The terrine is made by Matisse - L'artisan de la viande with locally sourced pork, mushrooms and pistachios. The generous bits of porc give this product a great texture with the pistachios bringing some balance to the terrine. Enjoy this product on its own, with some bread or mustard.  
Made using high quality local pork, the saucisson is encased in natural pigs intestine. Hand made in the Pilat Natural Park, this sausage is dried using fresh mountain air which surrounds the drying rooms. Expert affineurs ensure the sausages develop their flavour over 6 to 10 weeks depending on the season. The fungus coating which develops during the aging process adds richness to the flavour.  

The package holds perfectly in a 100% recycled and renewable cardboard box.
