Porc Terrine, mushrooms & Pistachios

This terrine is made with locally sourced pork, mushrooms and pistachios. The generous bits of porc give this product a great texture with the pistachios bringing some balance to the terrine. Enjoy this product on its own, with some bread or mustard.
